7/20/2009 - Beale AFB, CA -- Congratulations are due for SMSgt Charles Cowman. SMSgt Cowman was awarded the 2008 Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Outstanding Air Reserve Component ISR Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Level II.
The award was presented by Lt. Gen. David A. Deptula, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance.
